The Satan of town?

The Kaiser is The King of Town's Old-Timey counterpart, as confirmed in this interview. This version, unlike the current, has visible arms and legs. He appears to be modeled after a stereotypical WWI-era German. This character also appears to be the ruler of Hell, presiding over the Demon, as the King would over the Poopsmith in the modern era.
