Goof in animation

There is a small goof in the animation, the kings head moves on the screen, but the back of his head stays put. A bit odd.

 in the cartoon "movie" The King Of Town DVD, who was questioned 
 when The King of Town "lost" his sheep.

poor king of town

cant get a tandy to work, everyone hates him (dont know about out side the cartoon), maby his catsle dosnt have any plugs and his not a real king
