Being Bold
Hey, saw your message. Lemme tell you what - being bold means getting deleted a lot. That's what life is like, too. You go out asking girls on dates, for example, and you're likely to be turned down most of the time. Big deal, rhino skin on and make it happen, or else you live a life alone. Same here. If 9 out of 10 bold edits are reverted, then one of the 10 was a great edit, and you learned 9 ways that don't work.
I am a little sad you feel down on things. Trust me, most users start out getting bold edits reverted. The reason is simple - they haven't figured it all out yet. But if you pay attention and stick with it, you will learn how to make edits which aren't going to be reverted as often. (I have edits reverted nearly every day, so there you go.) And here's the big secret - that's exactly the kind of editor we are looking for: the kind who can deal with being reverted and learn from it and continue to edit and improve.
