They first appeared as an easter egg in Strong Bad Email labor day, but they recently reappeared in Strong Bad Email the bet. The The King Of Town apparently likes them.

They were named this because the person who sent the e-mail in labor day lived in Schenectady and called him/herself Chrispy.
