Bureaucrats are Homestar Runner Wiki users with the ability to change user rights to or from sysop or bureaucrat status, and rename user accounts.
This ability is used periodically to ensure the wiki has an ample number of active, capable administrators. For information on how to become an administrator, see HRWiki:FAQ#How do I become an admin or sysop?.
