- You can hear the hum in the background when Strong Bad speaks, implying that this was recorded before The Brothers Chaps got a better mic and thus is an authentic old email.

- "What is dagger?" is probably a reference to how many old text adventures usually wouldn't do what you told them to.
- These emails were originally up on the now defunct WAP version of Strong Bad email.
