Located south of the United States, Mexico, and its culture has seeped into the daily life Free Country, USA as well.

- Strong Bad's design is inspired by Mexican Luchador Wrestlers and he originally had a Mexican accent that has faded over time.
- Email theme song — Strong Bad thinks On-ta-rio, Can-ada is "south of the border", a common turn of phrase for Mexico.
- Happy Hallow-day — After missing out on Halloween Night, the residents of Free Country USA instead decide to celebrate the Day of The Dead.
- Email accent — Strong Bad tries to regain his old accent.
- Donut Unto Others — Homestar claims to have dreamt that "[he] was a French long jump champion with eight wooden legs" but from what we see, he's a Mexican high-jump champion with only one leg.
