Quite a few characters, especially Strong Sad and Marzipan, have been shown to enjoy reading and writing poetry.

- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 5.0 — While presumably drunk, Coach Z rambles on about being a poet. Later, after apologizing, he reasserts that he is a poet.
