This is not a Goof or even much of an oddity. This is very distinct from the (legitimate) Goof that is found on the old [[404'd]] page. It just means that TBC didn't make a "403'd!!" page. This is not a Goof or even much of an oddity. This is very distinct from the (legitimate) Goof that is found on the old 404'd page. It just means that TBC didn't make a "403'd!!" page.
