Harmless Junk, Inc. is a real Georgia corporation, created by The Brothers Chaps, and is the creator and owner of the animated cartoons that we know and love as Homestar Runner.
The company was originally set up for freelance Flash animations, and is most likely responsible for www.mellowmushroom.com. It has became the legal face for all Homestar and Homestar related products.
