Strong Bad doesn't trust him very much. He is holding a knife, yet has no visible arms. When the King of Town calls him in his email, he names him as "That little chef guy." In KOT's VOQPCS! he delivers pizza to The King of Town's Castle. He is drawn as an Asian stereotype, with a round yellow head, slanted eyes and a broad smile. He wears a white smock and a toque.
