BMW Lighter

The BMW Lighter is a handheld naphtha-type fire starter. It prominently displays the logo of BMW, an abbreviation of Bayerische Motoren Werke (Bavarian Motor Works), a German company and manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles. As explained in the DVD commentary for dragon, this lighter does not actually exist outside of the cartoons.

The BMW Lighter has appeared in six toons.

The first time the lighter is seen is in guitar, where Strong Bad holds it up at the end. As an easter egg, watch it scorch The Paper.	First appearance
The second time is in dragon, where Strong Bad uses it to burn Strong Sad's drawing of a dragon.	Second appearance
The third time is in privileges. It first is mentioned on the list of "Medallion Gold Plus Club" privileges. Here it is refered to as "Beamer Lighter." "Beamer" is a slang term for a BMW.	Third appearance
Then, still in privileges, it actually appears in an easter egg. The Cheat uses it to torch Homestar's lame guitar magazines.	Again in "privileges"
The fourth time is in Strong Bad Is In Jail Cartoon, where The Cheat uses it to light the bundle of Fthoom-Bang bottle rockets.	Fourth appearance
The fifth time is in pom pom, where Strong Bad uses it during his attempt to poke Pom Pom with a pin while he's on fire.	Fifth appearance: "Careful with those".
The sixth time, and the first time referred to as 'BMW' by Strong Bad is in other days, where Strong Bad uses it to burn up the letter that Bubs sends him about how he owes him money.	Sixth appearance
