-	:My thoughts on spelling:  There is a Beauregard Parish in Louisiana, and Toregard seems to be a Swedish last name.  "Doregard" looks to me like the first syllable should sound like "door", whereas "Deauregard" looks like the first syllable should sound like "dough".  It sounds like people in [[lackey]] pronounce the first syllable as "dough". Deauregard vs. Doreauxgard
