Stickly Man is both an oblique reference to The Poopsmith and his habit of shoveling piles of unnamed filth, and a parody of the stick figure in the "Under Construction" logo used on many unfinished web pages. He is featured in the 20X6 style short "Under Construction" and is named "Stickly Man" by Stinkoman.
