Trivia Time is a rejected character, originally planned as Pom Pom's dog. Concept sketches were shared in the Museum sketchbook, albeit with the note that none of the designs were "good" enough. A finalized version of Trivia Time has never appeared directly in a Homestar Runner cartoon; the closest is in Pom Pom, Too, where a bowl marked "Trivia Time" accompanies a comment about Pom Pom "feed[ing] his dog everyday".
A cookie jar with his likeness is in a few toons, usually in Marzipan's kitchen.
