Dolph Hauldhagen is Strong Bad's supposed battle axeing "Instruc-TOR" who wears a horned helmet. He teaches his art on Saturdays from 6am to 9am at the Community Rec Center, and another class Wednesdays at 6pm in Monty Gym.
He appears on a flyer for his lessons. The flyer is titled "BAD AT BATTLE AXEING???" and requests joiners to "Please bring your own battle axe and an exercise mat."
This is really just Mike Chapman, but with an axe head Photoshopped onto a puppet stand.
There is also a Sir Dolph Hauldhagen who apparently writes the teleplay for Strong Bad emails, as seen in theme song. It is unclear if the two are related, unrelated, or, in fact, the same person.
