The Error Page is where cartoons occur when a system error has taken place. The background text is from an Internet Explorer 6 error page that loads when the URL does not exist, or the server is experiencing difficulties. The Brothers Chaps use this locale (as a fourth wall break) for toons that make fun of the accessibility of homestarrunner.com content.
