Dee is a horse, as well as Sickly Sam's love interest, in the 'toon Sickly Sam's Big Outing. She wears glasses similar to those worn by The Ugly One. She has a few scraggly hairs for a tail and a few hairs on her head. Her back is caved in and she appears malnourished. In the one scene in which she appears, a Glue Factory can be seen in the distance, implying that she was going to be killed and her hooves removed.
