One of the running gags in the Homestar Runner universe is featuring oneself. Many of the characters feature themselves as guests in their own works, such as music albums or TV shows.
Examples
- Email pizzaz — Strong Bad features himself on the Strong Bad-type Interview Progrum.
- Email 4 branches — Homestar features himself on The Show AM.
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 13 (Easter egg) — Peacey P says that he's a guest star on his own album, Deliberance.
