Have you seen this guy?

In the 1980's and 90's in the United States, milk cartons were often printed with a photo and description of a missing child, in the hopes that someone would find the child and bring him or her back to safety. Though this practice has largely faded from use, it is sometimes referenced in Homestar Runner cartoons.
