:I'm going to look into what's causing it to disappear and try to fix it, but it might take a bit. I know that it ''is'' there, though. As for changing it, you can use any image on the site. Just copy the URL beginning with the 'images' directory. By the way, to sign your name, just type four tildes, like this: <code><nowiki>~~~~</nowiki></code>, and the system will automatically insert your name and a timestamp, like this: [[User:It's dot com|It's dot com]] 02:12, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

Unfortunately, the [[HRWiki:Personal images|personal image policy]] only permits us to have two personal images (plus a small third one if you want to use it in your signature).
