Oliver Smidgen debuted in Let Us Give TANKS! Oliver apparantly loves Gunhaver's piano playing, and asks him to play a song. Oliver Smidgen is an apparant reference to Oliver Twist. He was one of the first cheats in the Cheat Commandos series who doesn't seem to have any military relation, along with Reynold's Brother. He also seems to be an orphan, but this is unconfirmed as of yet.
