Homestar's Radio is a very plain-looking clock radio. It was previously duct taped to the VCR by Bubs and sold at a garage sale by Strong Bad, which puts the true ownership of the radio in question.
The line that indicates the station is a darker gray in 12:00 and garage sale, but red in radio. Based on this information, they may be two different radios.
