The birds in the Teen Girl Squad comics are a target for constant abuse. In Issue 1 the birds are shot to pieces by a crudely drawn helicopter. They fare no better in Issue 2 where they are munched by a passing cloud. In Issue 3, the sun becomes a buzz saw and the feathers fly. Their next appearance is in Issue 5, where a mailbox devours a postcard with a picture of the birds on the back, and What's Her Face nearly gets her hand bitten off. They do not get killed during their brief appearance in Issue 9, however. Perhaps Strong Bad has something against birds?
