::This is a rather gray area. "Fair use" will usually come in to play, but for a scanned image instead of the usual photographic image, I'm not so sure. :You might be, BBG, you might be. I also reckon the background color on the back might have a yellowish color or something, along with sticky notes that show what's included (just like Disc 4).
