Take-a-break.exe is a relaxing video of a sunset over the ocean, with two waves that wash up onto the sand, and back down again, as well as a white seagull that will fly across the screen and flap it's wings. It is available for download in the e-mail huttah!.
Note: Strong Bad's head and the strip of paper reading "the cheat" do not appear in the actual downloadable version.
