I've figured out that what Homestar turns into at the very end depends on what "essence" you get from Strong Bad, Strong Mad, and The Cheat. "Essence of Doo-Doo Meringue" results in Tofu Homestar, "Essence of Strong Mad's Finger Dipped in a Glass of Warm Water" (or however it went) gives you a Marzipan with really bad teeth and a weird voice, and "Essence of Gullibility" leads to classy French Homestar.
