It was one of those downtown public parking lots, strategically situated near the Duke Energy Convention Center (in Cincinnati). The picture in the toon was taken soon after we arrived downtown for Cincinnati Comic Expo 2014, and the other two pictures linked to above were taken during the course of the con. PowerPie

[edit] What I Was Going To Put

Hello, everyone. I've been going to this wiki since... I believe when Sbemail virus was released. But I only made an account today because A) I've been active lately, and B) people wouldn't see a jumble of numbers when I put an edit. Frankly, I would like to show in at least part of the wiki what I was typing when Fan Costumes 2015 came out seeing as the transcript was nonexistent when I sent the registration request. • The costume that Strong Bad complains does not look like him is actually a costume of Sir Hotbod Handsomeface, Strong Bad's alternate persona in Teen Girl Squad Issue 10.

After my simplification of the Star Wars-related fact, Defender1031 changed the link from the Wikipedia page to our Star Wars local page. I feel like the Wikipedia page is the more appropriate link, as our local page deals with the franchise and not the film. The fact itself is referring to a piece of dialog from the film. [edit] Humidibot in costumes depicted

While he definitely belongs in cast, I'm not sure humidibot actually belongs in the list of costumes. My reasoning is as follows: Humidibot was invented in response to there being a random humidifier in the background of one of the costume photos, ergo, Humidibot did not exist as a character at the time when the photograph was take, ergo, the sender could not possibly have intentionally included humidibot, ergo humidibot is not actually a costume being depicted as such. I wanted to bring it up here before just reverting to see what other people think, as it's a little bit of a paradox. — Defender1031*Talk 22:18, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

I was actually just thinking about this, and yes, the paradox is something that has simply never happened here before, as far as I recall. I feel like it should stay in the Costumes Depicted list for sake of technicality, as Strong Bad did say that it was a Humidibot costume in the cartoon. — MichaelXX2 23:00, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

Regarding this edit: I'd like to confirm that this reference wouldn't be included in the wiki because it wasn't a reference made directly by TBC (nor did it seem like they intended for them to be a reference). It just seems like they wound up in the picuture. However, if there is precedent we can bring it back and clean it up (and link it to the Thomas & Friends wikipedia article). --Stux 21:36, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

The rule for background stuff in halloween costumes is that we only document it if TBC themselves reference it in some way, e.g. the time a person wearing a homestar costume is in a picture with someone in a mario costume and strong bad asks if homestar ate luigi. — Defender1031*Talk 23:00, 19 July 2018 (UTC)
