In the Strong Bad Email "animal," Strong Bad settles on Sterrance as what he would look like if he were his own made up animal. This is only decided after a series of other failures (documented in Legendary Strong Bad Animals). Sterrance kind of looks like a "doodle" from Disney's online MMORPG "Toontown." He has Strong Bad's face-mask-shaped-thing, a yellow dangly tongue, wings, and a generally happy-go-lucky personality.
Strong Bad thinks that Sterrance is cuter than his The Cheat, and this insult starts a fight between the two of them.
