Adobe Inc. is a computer software company that produces digital tools for audio-visual content creation, editing and publishing. Two of their software offerings in particular have been referenced and used extensively both by The Brothers Chaps and in the Homestar Runner universe:

  • Adobe Photoshop, a graphics editor program used for editing photographs and drawing characters and art assets.
  • Adobe Flash, now called Adobe Animate, an animation program used extensively by The Brothers Chaps throughout the website for almost all toons, games, and navigation; also used by The Cheat within the Homestar Runner universe itself to create Powered by the Cheat cartoons.
