The owner of the company that makes Fluffy Puff Air Puffed Sugar Delights.

It is unclear who his modern counterpart may be. It could be the owner of Galoob. He could also be Homsar, since he is wearing his trademark hat. Until he is shown in a more discriptive role however, it is quite impossible to say for certain just who he is.
