Fat Dudley (aka "Fat Duds") is Pom Pom's 1936 counterpart. He seems much more human than Pom Pom and wears regular (if old-fashioned) clothes, as opposed to a Pom outfit. He does not seem as loyal as Pom Pom, as he was "gonna sneak a nip of hooch" in That A Ghost. He speaks in jazz-like musical tones.
His butt cheeks are visible through a hole in the back of his pants, as evidenced in "That a Ghost?" when he turns around to leave the mansion.
