Punch-Out!! is a series of boxing video games developed by Nintendo. The series, and more notably Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!, has been referenced throughout the Homestar Runner body of work.

- Homestar Ruiner — In an IGN trailer, Strong Bad mumbles "Super Punch-Out!!". Also, when you play Snake Boxer 5 with the secret code, Strong Bad will occasionally say, "Float like a green snake, sting like a light green snake," a play on "Dance like a fly, bite like a mosquito."
