Homestar Runner Email, otherwise known as hremail, is an email show that Homestar Runner does, which also seems very similar to Strong Bad's Email. Introduced in email email thunder, Homestar has been checking his email in a similar fashion as Strong Bad "since forever."

According to Homestar, Strong Bad isn't the only one "who answers emails from fans with humorous results." Unknown to most, including Strong Bad himself, some emails Strong Bad Emails that featured Homestar were actually Homestar Runner Emails featuring Strong Bad. Some examples of these emails were:

  • email caper — The caper that Strong Bad and The Cheat were pulling was actually a chance for Homestar to show his viewers how to deal with burglars
  • email long pants — Homestar claims that the reason he went nuts was that he accidently took some of Strong Sad's pills.

Currently, there are potentially fifty-one to fifty-two one hremails, if the decoy Strong Bad sent counted. Emails that are known to excist are hremail 24, which was banned due to content, most likely a play on sb_email 22. Another Homestar Email was hremail 49, in which all is that sen is Homestar with kiss marks on his face during a pillow fight.

Computer

The computer that Homestar checks his email on is his Happy 8600, which is modeled after an XO-1, an inexpensive model distributed as part of the One Laptop Per Child project. The laptop was made available to North American consumers during the 2007 holiday season in a "Give 1 Get 1" offer. Ironically, the XO-1 keyboard is designed to resist liquids.
