The Bug

A bug (which, although never explicitly stated, appears to be a fly) flew into Homestar's mouth in "Bug In Mouth Disease," making Homestar think that the good times were over.
The bug is very similar to those in many toddler books such as Winnie the Pooh, where the bees fly around in an almost exact flight pattern, as well as having a similar dotted trail.
