The owner of the company that makes Fluffy Puff Air Puffed Sugar Delights.
It is unclear who his real-world counterpart may be. It could be the owner of Galoob. However, it could also be the KOT due to some similarities, (mustache, "leadership" role, and paunch) despite the more similar Kaiser.
