how do I get a picture to appear on a page?

Hey Lil Stiny. This is Lapper from the recent changes patrol. I noticed you had a question and decided to stop by. Here's how to add a picture:


  1. Find an image you want on your page, if it's already uploaded to the server, on the image list page.
  2. If you want to upload a new photo, go to the upload page.
  3. Once you've found or uploaded a photo, find out its name, which will be something like "Image:(your_image_name)".
  4. Now, find a nice place on your user page and user this text: [[Image:(your_image_name)|thumb|(The image caption)]].
  5. Save the edit, and you've got yourself an image!

Also lil stiny, to post your user name and timestamp, just type four tildes like this:~~~~ and to post your name on STUFF type three tildes like this:~~~. Oh, one more thing. When you go to a page that has a picture that you want, you can click on it and that will take you to the image page where you can copy the name.
