Blue Laser Babies are the sons of Blue Laser Commander. Little is known about them at present, except that they are twins. Unless there's a Mrs. Blue Laser, though, it's probably safe to say they were either adopted or (more likely) cloned. Still, we'll have to see about that. They seem to like saying "Ooh weh, ooh weh"...
