- This is one of the few toons in which Strong Bad has a small part in.

- We have not seen Marzipan grin before.
Goofs
- While Homestar is talking to Marzipan and the band near the end of the toon, there are a number of graphical glitches caused by Marzipan's blinking eyes that don't normally appear.
Real World References
- "Under old management" is a parody of the "Under new management" slogans in the industry.
