The Cheat's Head Exploding

The Cheat's head seems to have trouble exploding. Maybe he gets too excited, or worried, or who knows what. His face turns black and his hair is pushed back when it happens. Poor little guy. Incidentally, the Sneak's head also explodes in the "Ballad of the Sneak" video.
