Mike Chapman, the elder of The Brothers Chaps, is the flash animator for Homestarrunner.com. He is also husband to Missy Palmer, the voice of Marzipan.
He provides hilariously poor imitations of Matt Chapman's characters in the Powered by the Cheat cartoons.
