The blue ones are most likely Strong Sad's favorite underwear. Strong Bad tricked Strong Sad into thinking that they were sold them in an online auction. It takes him a while, but Strong Sad eventually manages to find and buy back his favorite underdrawers. Apparently Strong Sad loves "the blue ones" because he sings when he gets them back.. sorta.
