Karen Chapman Wagner is The Brothers Chaps' only known sister. She lives in Atlanta and is the official "Director of E-Commerce" for the Homestar Runner website. She is mentioned by Matt on Wired News Radio Interview - 23 June 2003. She also has written two business reference books and has contributed numerous articles to library journals. She has skills in business reference sources business collection development, and electronic information services. She had education at Memphis State University (I'm guessing that's where The Brothers Chaps had education).
