The owner of the company that makes Fluffy Puff Air Puffed Sugar Delights.
It is unclear who his real-world counterpart may be. It could be the owner of Galoob. He could also be Homsar, since he is wearing his trademark hat. It is possible that the Bossman was an early version of a 1936 King of Town(the characters share the same mustache, "leadership" role, and paunch); however, Matt Chapman has indicated that the Kaiser is the current 1936 KoT [1]. Until he is shown in a more discriptive role however, it is quite impossible to say for certain just who he is.
