It is unclear who his real-world counterpart may be. It could be the owner of Galoob. However, it could also be the King of Town due to some similarities (mustache, "leadership" role, and paunch), despite the more similar Kaiser. He could also be Homsar, since he is wearing his trademark hat. Until he is shown in a more discriptive role however, it is quite impossible to say for certain just who he is.
