Snakes appear a lot in the Homestar Runner universe.

Strong Bad's Character Video - One of Strong Bad's props is a cardboard cut-out of Homestar Runner with a snake around his neck.
Email flag day - The Strong Badia flag has a picture of a snake holding a knife in its tail. Also, Strong Bad makes a tattoo of the snake in Strong Mad's arm.
Email dragon - Strong says the "S" when he first makes the dragon is for "snake".
RhinoFeeder - Some snakes slither up and down the screen during the game.
A Folky Tale - Saddy Dumpington finds a weird snake and dresses like him in hopes of making the town depressed again.
Email myths & legends - One of Strong Badia's Seven Elemental Spirits is a snake holding a knife in its tail.
Email alternate universe - When Strong Bad jumps through some panels in the Strong Badman comic, a lady is briefly seen riding a robot snake.
