Okay, this is the level 7 boss. He's an ice machine, and not the friendly ones in your hotel.

* Destroy or avoid the three Dots, and make your way past the Freeze Jet when it stops. Destroy the ice cube in front of you by hitting it six times.

He will spurt 3-4 ice cubes out of his mouth. He will also spray ice on the retractible ladder and platform. His weak oint is his eyes, only reachable by platform. When he is done burping ice cubes, he will make icicles fall out of the sky. Stay in between them.

* Climb the retractable ladder when it comes down, and then destroy the ice block above you and to the left. There may be a Capsule below, but the upper path is easier in this case.

* Be prepared for the Yellow Ship when it flies by; destroy it so it doesn't come back. Head right and destroy the two ice blocks and the Dots behind them.

* Keep going forward on the upper path. Another Yellow Ship will bother you. Beat or avoid it, and destroy the next ice block in your path. It will reveal an ice bush; wait for the platform to arrive (jump in place or keep attacking air to avoid freezing) and jump over the bush to it.

* From this platform, jump down to the next, watching out for the Yellow Ship. Drop to the blow platforms when the Freeze Jets aren't blowing, and then jump past the last Freeze Jet.

"Everybody freeze! It's Stinkoman's slipperiest foe yet."

Stage 7.1 (Transcript)

{Cut to Stinkoman walking in the Pink Cloud Zone.}

STINKOMAN: {subtitled} I SHOULD PROBABLY FIND PAN PAN AND 1-UP SO THEY CAN BUY ME A DINNER CRUNCH.

{Cut to the shadowy figure in his lair.}

SHADOWY FIGURE: {subtitled} MMMM HMMM HMMM...

{Close up of the shadowy figure's finger pushing a red button.} {subtitled} PUSH!

{Cut back to Stinkoman, who gets hit by a bolt of lightning.}

STINKOMAN: {subtitled} AAAAAHH! RED BUTTON LIGHTNING!!

{Stinkoman disappears and is transported to the Ice Zone.}

{Close-up on Stinkoman.}

STINKOMAN: {subtitled} WHERE IN CHORCH'S NAME AM I?!?

{Stinkoman shivers.}

STINKOMAN: {subtitled} BRRRR! IT'S COLD! I BETTER KEEP MOVING OR I ELSE I'LL FREEZE TO SQUARE!

{Stinkoman runs off to the right.}

Stage 7.1 (Guide)

  • First order of business: DON'T STAND STILL IN THIS LEVEL! If you do, Stinkoman will eventually freeze into an ice cube, costing him a unit of life.
  • Destroy or avoid the three Dots, and make your way past the Freeze Jet when it stops. Destroy the ice cube in front of you by hitting it six times.
  • Climb the retractable ladder when it comes down, and then destroy the ice block above you and to the left. There may be a Capsule below, but the upper path is easier in this case.
  • Be prepared for the Yellow Ship when it flies by; destroy it so it doesn't come back. Head right and destroy the two ice blocks and the Dots behind them.
  • Keep going forward on the upper path. Another Yellow Ship will bother you. Beat or avoid it, and destroy the next ice block in your path. It will reveal an ice bush; wait for the platform to arrive (jump in place or keep attacking air to avoid freezing) and jump over the bush to it.
  • From this platform, jump down to the next, watching out for the Yellow Ship. Drop to the blow platforms when the Freeze Jets aren't blowing, and then jump past the last Freeze Jet.
  • Destroy the Ice Block and the Dots behind it. Then, destroy the Ice Block over the trap door. Jump to it as the trap is coming up and the retractable ladder above is coming down.
