This parrot is a legless parrot whose bottom half, including wings, is wrapped up. He hangs around with other deformed animals: Li'l Brudder, Tendafoot, and a possum. He tends to rock back and forth, apparently not having an easy time maintaining his balance. From what Tendafoot says, his name may be Piddles.
