False positive
- From 12:00: "Join us next week when we'll be duct-taping clocks to all kinds of different stuff."
I don't think that actually fits here. Strong Bad is just continuing the home-improvement-show joke. — It's dot com 17:47, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
- And what about "Join us next week when we show you how to knit your own splatter paints!"? — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 17:53, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
Needed?
This seems a little pointless. "Until Next Time" is a very frequent way to end something, and it's not even like TBC ever intended it to be a running gag. Also, I should point out that not all of these are true "Until Next Time"s, like the basics, weird dream and dreamail. Some call it keep. I call it Delete. -User:Essence of Ghost Water

- I've read the entire list, and saw maybe two items that don't go after the pattern of <telling the viewer he will see him at a later period> + <what he or you should be doing in that period, or something that should be remembered until time>. Even after you remove those items from the list, there are still more then 20 others. That way more then enough to make a running gag page.
- About the actual phrasing - This is why we listed an example of alternate phrasing ("Join us next week...") in the opening paragraph. The page title itself was chosen because that what Strong Bad said in the earliest emails .
- I also believe that TBC did intend this to be a running gag, because up until email #8, almost every SBEmail is listed here. I guess they felt that they should do it every email, but they still reference it from time to time (more then 25 times, so far).
- I countered each of your points in my reply. This is a very sound page, and it's been around for 4 years now. Anything else you would like to add? — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 06:08, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
