Oh, oh! I can explain that easily enough! You see, the head more than likely has an inner "lip" in it, as would the neck hole. When you push down the neck's inner-lip with the head's, it activates the mechanisms in the arms resulting in the mentioned Double Deuce Action! Makes a lotta sense, doesn't it? Remarks: Removable Head/Double Deuce Action
It is unclear how you can take the head off the Strong Bad action figure, and still press down on it for "Double Deuce Action".
